Revanth Reddy Seeks Action Plan to Cushion El Niño Shock, Pushes for More Rural Jobs
Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has directed officials to prepare a concrete action plan to mitigate the impact of El Niño, with a particular focus on rural livelihoods and agricultural stress. He also asked the administration to pursue an additional 50 days of employment under the VB-G RAM G scheme, beyond the 125 days already provided, signalling a push to expand the state’s employment safety net.
