Vessev’s Electric Hydrofoil Ferry Hints at a Faster Future for Urban Boats

Vessev is betting that an electric hydrofoil ferry can do for waterways what electric vehicles have done for roads: make a cleaner, quieter, more efficient form of transport feel practical rather than experimental. The company’s design lifts the hull above the water at speed, reducing drag and creating a ride that is closer to flight than conventional ferry travel.
