At Least 60 Christians Killed in Ethiopia’s Oromia Region, Church Says

At least 60 Orthodox Christians have been killed in Ethiopia’s Oromia region, according to church accounts cited by international media, in one of the deadliest reported attacks on civilians in the country in recent months. The killings have intensified concern over the security vacuum in parts of Oromia, where ethnic militias, local grievances and weak state control have repeatedly fueled violence.
