Cyclone Murasu: Red Alert Lifted in Two Telangana Districts, Issued for Suryapet, Khammam and Bhadradri

Authorities in Telangana have eased the highest weather warning in two districts as Cyclone Murasu weakens, while shifting the red alert to Suryapet, Khammam and Bhadradri Kothagudem, where heavy rain remains a serious threat. The move signals a changing risk pattern rather than an all-clear, with district administrations expected to stay on heightened watch for flooding, transport disruption and localised damage.
