Scientists Reconstruct Denisovan Appearance From Ancient Proteins, Narrowing the Mystery of a Lost Human Lineage

Researchers say the analysis of Xujiayao hominin remains supports a Denisovan identification and reveals a set of shared physical traits that help bridge a long-standing gap in human evolutionary history.
