Karnataka to Build ‘Karnataka Mantapa’ Modeled on Bharat Mandapam, Says CM Shivakumar

Karnataka will build a new state-level convention and cultural venue called the ‘Karnataka Mantapa’, modelled on Delhi’s Bharat Mandapam, Chief Minister Shivakumar said on Friday. The proposal signals the state’s intent to create a flagship public infrastructure asset that can host major policy, business and cultural events while projecting Karnataka’s administrative and economic ambitions.
